Salmon Loaf

This is one of my Mother's (Jeannette Costigan's) recipes.

Ingredients

  • 1 can salmon (bones removed)
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cracker or bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and put in greased bread tin and bake 1 hour in a 350° oven.
