Essie"s Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seed
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans, almonds, or walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. (or more) cinnamon
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 sup raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Combine oats, coconut, wheat grem, flaxseed, nuts, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Stir in condensed milk. Add oil and mix thoroughly. Spread mixture into foil-lined 9x13 pan. Bake at 300 for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
