Pub Style Beans N' Bangers

Ingredients

  • 6 english breakfast sausages (I use cooked Mennonite sausages or wieners)
  • 398 ml can stewed tomatoes (or a few tomatoes cut up)
  • 1 tsp chipotle pepper (powder)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 540 ml can bean medley, rinsed and drained (or pork and beans)
  • 1-2 slices bacon
  • 1/4 cup diced onion

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook onion in a little olive oil.]
2. Cook sausages if using raw ones.
3. Add rest of ingredients.
4. Heat and serve with toast.
5. Enjoy.
