Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 4 Carrots
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1/4 Head of Red Cabbage
- 1 Red Pepper
- Handful of Baby Greens
- 1 Cup of Brown Rice
- 1 Block of Baked Tofu
- 1 Part Siryachi (less if you don't want too spicy)
- 1 Part Shoyu/soy sauce
- 2 Part Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Cook Rice and let it cool.
Julienne Vegetables.
Mix Dressing.
On a small bed of cooled rice add some mixed greens, julienned vegetables, and pieces of baked tofu and a light amount of dressing.
