Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes, cut in small cubes
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 quart milk
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 small can mushroom pieces
- 2 cups chopped ham
- 1 can small green peas
- 1 grated carrot
Preparation
Step 1
Cook and mash potatoes.
In a skillet, melt margarine and add flour. When flour is mixed with margarine, add mashed potatoes.
Stir in milk and add remaining ingredients. Heat through and cook over low heat until thickened.
