Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 ounce dried flavored tofu
  • 3 T garlic
  • 2 T ginger
  • handfull of broccoli
  • 2 1/2 c shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 pound bean sprouts
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • You can also add brown rice

Preparation

Step 1

In a wok, stir-fry garlic, ginger with some water for a few minutes

Add mushrooms, broccoli, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes,and soy sauce for 5 minutes. Add dried tofu and cook for 5 minutes. Spoon mixture onto lettuce leaves, sprinkle with Leomon juice and roll them them up!
