Ingredients
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 8-oz pkg cream cheese
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 2 small cans tiny shrimp, drained and rinsed (fresh shrimp is preferred)
- 1 heaping tsp horseradish
Preparation
Step 1
Bring tomato soup to a boil; beat in cream cheese.
Set aside to cool.
Chop vegetables.
Add mayonise to cooled tomato mixture and stir well; stir in horseradish.
Add chopped vegetables.
Chill thoroughly.
Serve with crackers.
