Ingredients
- 12 beef round tip steaks
- bread crumbs
- Parmesan cheese
- parsley, chopped
- garlic powder
- black pepper
- salt
- 1 bunch parsley sprig
- 4 garlic cloves, sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Beat steaks until thin.
Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, black pepper and salt to taste.
Lay steaks flat on board. Brush with olive oil. Spread bread crumb mixture on each. Add parsley sprigs and sliced garlic. Roll each steak and tie with string.
Fry in olive oil. When fried, place brocioletti and the olive oil from the pan in tomato sauce or ragu. Let simmer along with sauce.
