  • ROSE:
  • 1 teas rose water
  • red food coloring
  • ORANGE:
  • 1/2 teas orange flower water
  • red and yellow food coloring

Preparation

Step 1

Add flavoring to step 5. If you mix the meringue too much with the flavoring ingredient, it becomes too hard, so stop mixing when the colors and flavors have spread thoroughly.

ADDING FOOD COLORING:

1. put food coloring in a small bowl and add a small amount of water, dissolving the added color with a spoon.

2. Gradually add the coloring from step 1 into the meringue; stir quickly mut not too much.

3. The color becomes lighter after it is baked, so make a little darker batter.
