    oz cream cheese

    corn tortillas

Directions

preheat oven to 375 degrees. add butter, garlic and onions to saute pan and cook until soft, then add carrots and potatoes, salt and pepper. cook 5 minutes, then add celery and cook additional 5 minutes. then add flour, broth and cream cheese to vegetables, cook until thickened, then add peas and cilantro and remove from heat. grease 2 large ramekin dishes and distribute vegetables evenly. cover with a corn tortilla and paint with melted butter. put dishes on a baking sheet and bake in oven for 20 minutes or until bubbling.
