Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 lbs flank steak
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sherry
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp crushed garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Mix marinade. Put steak in freezer bag, pour marinade over, seal, and freeze.

Thaw, remove from marinade, and barbecue 8-10 minutes per side. Cut across grain into thin slices.
