Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp fresh parsley
- 12 tsp dried basil
- pinch of dried oregano
- 1 Tbs capers
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 6 Tbs olive oil
- 1 lb mozzarella sliced
- 2 large tomatoes sliced
- 7 oz jar roasted red pepper drained & julienned
- crushed red pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl mix Parsley, Basil, Oregano, Capers, Garlic and olive oil.
On serving plate place tomato slice, add slice of mozzarella, drizzle spice mix on top, add roasted pepper, and crushed red pepper, drizzle with olive oil. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
