Rhubarb Cake

Ingredients

• 1 yellow cake mix
• 1 c sugar
• 4 c rhubarb
• 1 c cream
• 1 3 oz pkg. red jello (strawberry, rasberry, cherry)

Preparation

Step 1

Layer in a 9 X 13 pan
1. cream
2. rhubarb
3. sugar
4. sprinkle jello
5. mix cake according to direction. Pour over rhubarb mix

Bake 350' for 45-1 hour
Top with cool whip or whipped cream
