- 3-4 links Italian sausage
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green peppers
- small amt. chopped celery
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup pepperidge farm dressing
- 25 mushrooms - approx.
Squeeze sausage out of casing and fry w/onions, peppers, celery. Add salt and pepper, and remaining spices to taste
Add dressing and small amount of water and melted butter to keep moist
Take stems off mushrooms and fill with mixture
Bake in 400 degree oven - 20 to 25 min.
