Hot Fudge Sauce

Serve over ice cream, brownies, or to dip strawberries.
- 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups white Karo syrup
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cook chocolate and water over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add corn syrup and salt
Simmer gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in vanilla.
