Texas Cake

Ingredients

• Boil - 1/2 lb. butter
• 1 cup water
• 4 Tblsp Cocoa
• 1 cup oil
• ADD - 2 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt. Beat into liquid
• ADD - 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 tsp B.S.
• 1 tsp vanilla. Beat well
• ICING
• 4 Tblsp Cocoa
• 6 Tblsp Cream
• 1/4 lb. butter
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1 lb. icing sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Pour cake mixture onto a Cookie Sheet and bake 375* - 20 - 25 min.

Boil all Icing ingredients except the icing sugar.

Beat in the icing sugar and spread over cooled cake
