Alfredo Sauce

Serve over Noodles or make broccoli soup by adding 1 (10oz) pkg choppe broccoli, cooked and drained, 1 tsp dried minced onion,1/4 c sour cream, dash of pepper, serves 4

Ingredients

• 1 (8oz) cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
• 8 tbs butter
• 1/2 c milk

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients in sauce pan and heat until thickened and combined, stirring continuously. Makes enough to serve with 8 oz of cooked pasta.
