Ingredients
- 2 lb b-sized red potatoes, halved, do not peel
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 package onion soup
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine potatoes, onion soup mix and oil in a plastic bag. Shake until well-coated.
2. Place on baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 40-60 minutes, or until potatoes are fork tender.
