Roasted Garlic and Sundried Tomato Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 heads garlic, roasted
  • 8 ounces neufchatel cheese
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 4 ounces sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped

Preparation

Step 1

1. Squeeze out garlic pulp. Mash. Add cheeses. Add oregano-nuts.

2. Chill at least 2 hours.

Excellent but potent.
