Party Dip

This is one of my Mother's (Jeannette Costigan's) recipes.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 pound grated sharp cheese
  • 1 small wedge Roquefort cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can crab or flaked shrimp
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder

Preparation

Step 1

Have all ingredients at room temperature. Mix, adding cream or water, if necessary, in order to blend. Grease a 1-quart mold and fill with mixture.

Chill overnight if possible. Excellent on dark breads or crackers.
