Ingredients
- 1 (15oz) can black-eyed peas, drained
- 1 tsp pickled Jalepeno peppers,minced
- 1/4 c red pepper, diced
- 1/4 c green pepper, diced
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp cumin, ground
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tbs fresh cilantro, minced

Step 1
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate 2-4 hours to allow for best combination of flavors.
