Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c lightly salted roasted cashews
- 1 1/2 c shelled unsalted pecans
- 1 1/2 c shelled unsalted walnuts
- 1 1/2 c shelled unsalted hazelnuts(I use brazil nuts,because hazelnuts are hard to find)
- I add large can mixed nuts, lightly salted
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 1 tbs sea salt
- 1 tsp red pepper
- 3 tbs butter, melted
- 2 tbs fresh rosemary, choppped
Preparation
Step 1
Spread nuts in large baking pan. Toast at 350* until golden, about 10 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Melt butter, add remaining ingredients. Pour over nuts, toss to coat. Store in airtight container.
