Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

  • 1 cup Old Fashioned or quick cooking oats
  • 2/3 Apple juice concentrate
  • 1 1/3 c water
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup raisins or blueberries



Step 1

Combine oats, apple juice, water and cinnamon in a saucepan. Bring to simmer, then cover and cook 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in fruit,if using. Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
