Ingredients
- 2 # ground beef round
- 1 cup packaged corn flake crumbs
- 1/3 cup dried parsley flakes
- 2 eggs
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/3 cup catsup
- 2 T instant minced onion
- 1 1# can jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 12 ounce bottle chili sauce
- 2 T firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 T lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl, blend first 8 ingredients. Form mixture into small meat balls about the size of walnuts. Arrange in a jelly roll pan (15x10x1)
In med. sized saucepan combine remaining ingredients. Cook over moderate heat until mixture is smooth and cranberry sauce is melted. Pour over meatballs
Bake uncovered 30 min. Serve in chafing dish with toothpicks
