Ingredients

  • 1 T Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 3/4 c water

Preparation

Step 1

Combine spices in a small bowl and add red pepper if desired.

Cook meat until browned and starting to crumble. Sprinkle with spice mixture and cook 1 minute or until fragrant, stirring constantly.

Add water and cook 4 minutes until thickened or done.
