Ingredients
- 2 - 11 oz cans Mexican Corn drained
- 2 - 4 -1/2 oz cans drained chopped green chilies
- 2 Cups grated Monterey Jack Cheese (8 oz)
- 3/4 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Cup mayonaise
Preparation
Step 1
Grease 9 x 13 pan. Mix all ingredients and spread in dish. Bake uncovered 30 to 40 minutes uncovered.
Scoops (FritoLay) are good for dipping.
