Brie with Walnuts
- 1 wedge of brie
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup brandy
Preheat oven to 375F. Chill brie in freezer for 1 hour. Combine walnuts, brown sugar and brandy. Place brie in oven-proof dish. Cover with nut mixture and bake in oven for 4-5 minutes, until bubbly. Serve with crackers.
