Ingredients
- 8 Chicken Breasts
- 1 1/2 cups rice (uncooked and washed)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 soup can of water
Preparation
Step 1
Spread washed rice on bottom of greased 13x9 inch casserole dish. Melt butter in a large saucepan. Add soups and water. Mix well. Pour half the mixture over rice. Lay chicken on top of rice and soup mixture. Pour remaining soups over chicken. Bake at 275 degrees, uncovered for three hours.
