Ingredients
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 6 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. canned milk
- 2 tbsp. blue cheese
- fresh ground pepper to taste
- 1 hard cooked egg, chopped
- 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp
Preparation
Step 1
Break lettuce into bite sized pieces in salad bowl. Mix oil, vinegar, milk, cheese and pepper together. Just before serving, add bacon and egg to dressing mix and toss together with lettuce.
