Ingredients
- Raspberry Filling:
- 3 pkg cream cheese
- 3/4 C. sugar
- 5 tsp cornstarch
- 4 eggs, 1 yolk
- 1/2 C Raspberry Liquer
- 1 C fresh raspberries
- Fudge Filling:
- FILLING:
- 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Make chocolate cookie crust
Mix fudge filling and put over crust
Mix raspberry filling and carefully pour over chocolate filling
