Grilled Buttermilk Chicken

  • 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 Tbsp paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 3/4 Black Pepper
  • 6 lbs Chicken pieces

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine buttermilk, paprika, salt and pepper.
Divide the buttermilk mixture and chicken between 2 large resealable bags. Let marinade in the frig, turning the bags occasionally, for at least 1 hour and up to overnight.
Heat grill to medium low. Remove the chicken from the marinade, discard the marinade, and grill until cooked through.
