Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp. green onion
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
Preparation
Step 1
Peel potatoes and boil until tender. Mash. Add cheese, sour cream, onion, salt and pepper. Beat and place in shallow baking dish. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with almonds.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
