Ingredients
- 4 baked potatoes, halved
- 1 1/2 cups grated edam cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
- salt & pepper to taste
- bacon bits
Preparation
Step 1
Scoop out potatoes, leaving a thin shell. Mix potatoes with 1 cup cheese and remaining ingredients except bacon. Put back into shells and sprinkle with remaining cheese and bacon bits.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes
