Creamy Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 5 cups sliced raw potatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine

Preparation

Step 1

Combine soup, milk & onion. In a buttered 2 qt. casserole, arrange alternate layers of potatoes and soup mixture. Cover; bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover; bake additional 15 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
