Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 3 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups white sauce
  • 2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Cook cauliflower in boiling salted water about 10 minutes til barely tender; drain.

Saute onions and green pepper in butter. Alternate 2 layers of cauliflower, veggies, cheese and white sauce. Top with toasted sesame seeds.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes until bubbly.
