Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb London broil
- 1.15 oz package au jus gravy mix
- 1.15 oz package brown gravy mix
- 3 cups water
Preparation
Step 1
Trim fat off meat. Sprinkle gravy mixes on London broil in 1-gallon ziploc bag. Label and freeze.
Thaw, add 3 cups water to bag and shake. Pour into crockpot and cook on low for 3-4 hours. Slice meat and return to sauce. Serve on toasted buns.
Variation - add sour cream to the cooked meat and serve on noodles.
