- 2 tablespoon(s) butter, melted and cooled
- 2 eggs, separated
Preparation
Step 1
Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar together in a large bowl. Whisk in milk, butter, and egg yolks. Beat egg whites to soft peaks and fold into batter.
Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat and melt 1 teaspoon butter until it begins to foam. Spoon heaping tablespoons batter onto griddle. Flip when a few bubbles form; when pancakes are golden brown, serve immediately.
