Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. beef stew meat
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 6 oz. can tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker; mix well. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or until done. Mix well with wire whisk and shred meat.
