Burritos Firefighter Green Chili

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs pork (bone in or out)
  • garlic powder
  • pepper
  • chili powder
  • paprika
  • 4 large cans diced green chiles
  • 1 can diced jalapenos
  • 1 yellow onion, diced

Preparation

Step 1

Place meat the meat in a large covered pan and cover with all the seasonings and vegetables. Add a little water.

Bake at 275 all day or 350 for 3-4 hours.

Remove some of the water and shred the meat for burritos. Serve with lettuce, sour cream, cheese, salsa, tomatoes, etc.
