Cream of Crab Soup

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup butter
- 1/2 Cup of flour
- 1 1/2 Cup of Chicken Broth (dissolve 2 bouillon cubes in 1 1/2 Cup of hot water)
- 1 Quart half and half
- 1 Cup of Milk
- 1 Tab. Parsley
- 1 Tab. Old Bay
- 1 pound of crab meat

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in heavy pan. Stir in flour and blend until smooth. Slowly stir in chicken broth and simmer for 2 minutes. Slowly stir in half and half and mild stirring until thickened. Add parsley, old bay and crab meat. Heat through over low heat.
