Ingredients
- 6 English Muffins, split
- Tomato sauce
- Shredded Mozzarella cheese
- Italian seasoning
- Olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Toast English muffins until lightly browned.
Place muffins on a baking sheet.
Spread about 2 tablespoons tomato sauce over each muffin.
Top each muffin with shredded Mozarella cheese.
Sprinkle a little Italian seasoning over each muffin, then drizzle with a little olive oil.
Bake for 10 minutes until lightly toasted.
Serve warm.
