Ingredients
- 1 chicken
- 1 lemon
- 1 head garlic, separated into cloves
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- 1 cup white wine
Preparation
Step 1
1. Squeeze juice of lemon over chicken in roasting pan.
2. Stuff lemon halves in cavity of chicken with garlic. Season and pour oil and wine over chicken.
3. Baste after 40 minutes and every 20 minutes after that. Puree garlic with some stock to make a gravy with pain juices.
