Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp yeast
- 1 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup water

Step 1
Mix, and allow to sit in on counter for 18 hours.
The next day, two hours before cooking, spread 1/8 cup oil in pan.
Spread dough out.
Top with:
Tomato sauce
Fresh tomatoes
Sweet onion
Fresh garlic
Fresh rosemary
Oregano
Let rise on counter for 2 hours.
Oven 425, bake 15-20 min.
Sprinkle with olive oil and basil and course salt
Dipping sauce:
Evoo
Balsamic vinegar,
Kosher salt, red chil2 cloves garlic
