Tangy Chipped Beef Ball

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. spicy mustard
  • 1/4 cup. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 1/2 oz. dried beef, finely chopped

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mustard, mix well. Stir in cheese and 1/2 cup dried beef. Reserve remaining dried beef or coating. Chill 1 hour. On plastic wrap or waxed paper shape cheese mixture into ball.
Roll in remaining dried beef. Wrap and chill until serving time. Serve with crackers.
