Marinade for Flank Steak or London Broil

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. salad oil
  • 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. chopped chutney (very optional)
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. instant minced onion

Preparation

Step 1

Pierce meat and marinate for 4 hours or overnight. Broil or barbecue meat to taste. Portion of marinade is good for 1 large flank steak or london broil.
