Ingredients
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. chopped chutney (very optional)
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. instant minced onion
Preparation
Step 1
Pierce meat and marinate for 4 hours or overnight. Broil or barbecue meat to taste. Portion of marinade is good for 1 large flank steak or london broil.
