Ingredients
- Opt: replace part of AP flour w/ potato:
- Use Olive Oil Dough -
- Opt-add seasonings to dough
- for whole recipe: replace 1/4 cup AP flour (1 1/16 oz) with 1/4 cup potato flour (1 5/8 oz) or 1/2 cup potato flakes
- for half recipe replace 1/8 cup AP flour w 1/8 cup potato flour or 1/4 cup potato flakes
- if using potato flour or potato flakes, mix potato product w AP flour before mixing in liquids to avoid lumping)
- Olive oil ( Opt: garlic oil)
- sesame seeds - reg & black
- try: charnuska (nigella) seeds, poppy seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Cut half recipe into 6 pieces
Pat & stretch each piece into shape
put olive oil (or garlic oil) into half sheet pan, oil each piece liberally on both sides
Heat grill, sprinkle 1 side of each bread w seeds, grill a few mins,
turn over to grill other side
Put finfished bread on cooling rack to avoid getting soggy
