Everyday coffee cake

Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 1 1/2 cup. Bisquick
  • 1/4 cup. sugar
  • 1/2 cup. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbs. oil
  • 1/3 cup. Bisquick
  • 1/3 cup. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbs. butter, cold
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup. nuts, chopped (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together bisquick, sugar. Add milk, egg, and oil. Mix by hand. Pour into greased glass pie plate.

Topping:
Blend ingredients until crumbly, sprinkle over batter , sprinkle with nuts.

Cook on high 5 -7 mins, rotate dish 1/2 turn after 3 mins.
Cool 10 mins.
