Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients

  • Whole Wheat Flour, 1.25 cup
  • Baking Powder, 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
  • Salt, .25 tsp
  • Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 1 cup (not packed)
  • *Yogurt, Stonyfield Farm fat free plain, 1 cup
  • EggBeaters Original, 2 cups

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. Add Wet to dry and blend. Cook on medium high griddle until lightly browned on each side. Use 1/4 c batter per pancake.
