Ingredients
- 3 1/2 C. all purpose flour
- 3 T. plus 1/4 C. olive olive
- 1 1/2 tea. salt
- 1 1/4 tea. instant yeast
- 1 1/4 C. warm water
Preparation
Step 1
In a stand mixer, mix flour, 3 T. oil. salt and yeast.
Brush bottom and sides of a 12" x 18" baking sheet with 1/4 cup oil.
Pour dough onto oiled sheet. (Dough will be soft.)
Cover with plastic wrap.
Let stand in warm place for 2 hours.
Remove plastic, and stretch to cover pan.
