- RAW OATMEAL
- 320 GRAMS ( WEIGH ON SCALE ) PITTED DATES
- 3 CUPS SOAKED CASHEWS
- 6 CUPS OF SOAKED OATS
- 1 TABLESPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
- 1/3 CUP OF COCONUT OIL
- 1 TEASPOON SEA SALTS
- FILTERED WATER
Preparation
Step 1
1. PLACE SOAKED OATS IN STAINLESS CHINOIS TO DRAIN WATER,
USE THE BACK OF TABLE SPOON TO PRESS AND DRAIN EXCESS WATER.
PLACE DRAINED OATS IN LARGE MIXING BOWL AND SET ASIDE.
2. COMBINE PRE-SOAKED CASHEWS AND DATES IN BLENDER.
3. ADD FILTERED WATER TO LEVEL OFF AT 50 OUNCES.
4. ADD COCONUT , VANILLA, AND SEA SALT.
5. BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH ( APPX. 2 MINUTES )
6. POUR BLENDED MIXTURE OVER DRAINED OATS.
7. WHISK IN MIXING BOWL UNTIL BLENDED.
8. POUR COMPLETED BLEND IN 8 OUNCE CONTAINER.
9. GARNISH WITH BERRY JAM.

USE 6 QUARTS OF CASHEWS
PLACE IN LARGE CONTAINER
ADD 7 QUARTS OF WATER.
COVER AND LEAVE SITTING OVERNIGHT.
SOAKING OATS:
USE 6 QUARTS STEEL CUT OATS
USE 7 QUARTS WATER.
COVER AND SET FOR 48 HOURS.
